Accommodation
The Sweffling White Horse is a traditional Suffolk pub with holiday accommodation. Adjacent to the pub is Badger Cottage - a converted 200-yr-old stable. This self catering holiday cottage, graded 4 star, sleeps 4 in two totally separate galleried bedrooms. With its wood-fired central heating (run from the range in the pub) and woodburning stove the cottage is perfect all year round. Behind the pub sits Alde Garden - a tiny eco friendly campsite featuring an eclectic range of quirky and unusual accommodation set within a wildlife garden. This award winning campsite also has a handful of small tent pitches - so you can bring your own tent - but you'll need to book in advance as they get booked up. Accommodation is separated by trees and shrubs giving a feeling of seclusion, and the site also boasts a large camp kitchen, showers & flush loos plus a range of eco facilities such as the jungle shower and compost loo. Campers wishing to enjoy a beer beside the communal campfire can purchase drinks from the back door of the pub to drink in the garden or accommodation. The campsite is open May - October. www.aldegarden.co.uk
